About
There are so many places in the world that are left undiscovered by me. These destinations are just waiting for me to capture them in memory and photo to recount later on in life. Visiting new places will broaden my view on the world and expand my life experiences. My curiosity and adventurous personality will let me try and learn new things that will help me indefinitely in the future.
One of the most popular dream vacation spots is that of Greece. This country is the epitome of picturesque, with it's endless view of the ocean and colourful architecture. For Greece, tourism is one of their main attractions, it's tremendously helped their economy grow. There are so many things to do in a country that thrives on travel. There are many different museums and churches for enriching and immersing oneself in it's culture. There are plenty of beaches and caves to visit. It's simply prioritizing what you want to do first that's the hard part.
This website helped me see all the different activities to do in Greece.
The Cyclades is named out of the circular formation of the 220 islands around the sacred island of Delos . There are many different islands that all have their own unique charm.
One of the many things I've always wanted to try is scuba diving. I don't think it's mentioned on my about page, but swimming is one of my favorite pass times. When I was younger, you would always be able to find me in the water. Being able to swim around beautiful reefs and fish, even see the remains of shipwrecks is something beyond my wildest dreams. I understand that it's best to have a certification for scuba diving and would love to get it before traveling to this dream destination. Getting this certification beforehand is useful to really be able to get the fullest experience while over there and waste no time learning while on vacation.
As I looked for different places to go scuba diving in Greece I realized that there are so many different options to choose from, it's all about picking the one you want to experience the most.
Here are some examples of places to go for diving in The Cyclades:
Anna-II: this diving site is the wreck of a 60m long carrier ship that sunk in 1995 and is now inhabited by marine life.
Blue Dome: this cave lets plenty of natural light and the cave walls are covered in beautiful coral.
The Cathedral: the dive spot is a swim through and has unique rock formations along with all the beautiful marine life.

All of these places seem amazing but the place I would probably choose is the Folegandros island, and visit the Georgitsi cave. The one thing I really want to see is the inside of a cave from the water, I believe the view would be breath taking. Sea U has a lot a good reviews and I wouldn't be opposed to using their service to fulfill my dream of scuba diving in the Greek Islands.
